My Story...

 

Kay is a university qualified Clinical and Paediatric Nutritionist. Kay completed her studies at Deakin University in which she graduated with High Distinction and furthered her studies at Monash University. Her professional advice is based upon sound scientific evidence combined with over 10 years experience in the nutrition and the health industry.

​

She enjoys building close, professional relationships with her clients to establish personalised strategies that achieve individual goals. Kay believes that no individual is the same; and endeavours to find what works best for each patient, using a supportive, patient-centred approach.

​

Kay is also a mother and has become increasingly aware of the lack of nutritionally sound advice available for parents. Her passion is focusing on pre-natal, childhood nutrition, the link between nutrition & children's behaviour, post-natal health, fertility nutrition, along with helping parents and mums-to-be feed their children wholesome, nutrient-rich foods right from the beginning.

Kay is also a qualified personal trainer and specialises in developing individualised diet and fitness plans for adults, teenagers and children.
